Kids Bootcamp is an active class where kids work and play together to achieve a better condition and more strength in a fun way. They will be challenged by working in groups but also as individuals.

During Kids Bootcamp we would like to challenge the children mentally and physically with games like dodgeball, relay races, capture the flag and many more... Don’t worry, they don’t have to do 100 push-ups... but they will break a sweat during our club!
