Would you like to go on a magical adventure?
Let’s travel the world and stay close to ourselves at the same time. I’ll bring nature in and we’ll be creative with all sorts of materials. Animals and music play an important role during class. Sometimes we’ll even play exotic instruments ourselves, all of which I brought back from my own travels. We’ll learn to be aware and to listen to our own body and mind, as well as to those of others and stories told. Movement will be playfully alternated with relaxation. Wonderment, creativity and fun will be at the forefront of our sessions!
